Concept
Starting from 3Dmax modeling, the designer integrated the wisdom of Oriental mortise and tenon joints and the whimsous pumpkin patterns into the structure of the jewelry box. A 1cm thickened mortise and tenon layer was added to achieve high-load load-bearing. A flexible production model with a minimum order of 50 pieces, combined with a customer feedback mechanism, ensures that each piece combines a practical size of 15.3cm in diameter with the aesthetic expression of a matte custom paint finish. From the selection of FSC-certified wood to the application of eco-friendly water-based paint, the entire mass production process adheres to the circular concept. The pearl cotton packaging and KD structural design are adapted to the demands of e-commerce. Ultimately, through manual sample verification, every scratch on the pumpkin relief tells the elegant answer to sustainable living.
